We do our best to deliver items in a timely and efficient manner. However, we offer great prices based on a complex shipping system.  This is why we can offer you products that are deeply discounted. BikePartDeals generally ships products between 7-14 business days post order confirmation (payment). Tracking numbers are provided after your package has been shipped, not immediately after your order has been placed.

Note that for all international orders classified as small packet or light packet, our primary postal carrier (Canada Post) no longer provides tracking numbers. This means that we are not provided with a tracking number and will only receive a confirmation of delivery. Rest assured your package will be delivered within the Canada Post shipment window.

We charge the following flat rates on all our orders:

Within British Columbia = $12 /order

Within Canada = $15 /order

Within USA = $25 /order

FREE Shipping on orders over $199 within Canada!

Shipping and Duties

* Default shipping for all international shipments are not tracked. Please contact us directly if you would like to upgrade to a tracked shipping service for an additional cost.

* Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please wait 14 days beyond our estimated delivery times before contacting us if your item has not been received.

**If you require your shipment by a certain date. Email us and we can upgrade you to a guaranteed shipping option at a marginal extra cost.
