How does BikePartDeals.com offer such great deals?
We work with a variety of shops and distributors, assisting them in reducing inventory and promoting various products. We connect them with you.

I placed an order, how come I haven’t received my tracking number yet?
BikePartDeals has a complex shipping system. It’s part of the reason we’re able to offer such great prices. Tracking numbers often take 2-3 weeks to be assigned. In many cases, your tracking number will be assigned and the package will arrive 1-2 days afterwards. Instructions on when to contact us would have been emailed to you after you ordered your product, be sure to check your junk-mail if you have not received a message from us.

If you think your order is classified as a small packet international order, Canada Post no longer provides tracking numbers. For more information on this change please visit Canada Post.

Do you offer local pick up?
Unfortunately we do not offer local pickup. However, our shipping rates are very competitive and we feature free shipping on orders over $199.

Where do you ship?
We ship within North America only.  This includes: Canada, USA and Mexico.  Alaska, Hawaii and Bermuda.

Shipping is simply too costly for most overseas sales. If you have your eye on something but your located outside of North America (EU for example) please contact us and we will do our best to give you a quote.  Keep in mind: The smaller the item the less likely shipping will be expensive.  Buying a stem makes sense to contact us regarding international shipping.  A wheelset is not likely to work out economically for shipping purposes.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge the following flat rates on all our orders:

Within British Columbia = $12 /order
Within Canada = $15 /order
Within USA = $25 /order
FREE Shipping on orders over $199 within Canada!

What about your return policy?

How do I pay for my items?
Our primary payment processor is PayPal.  It is the safest way to do e-commerce and you can pay with any major credit card, a visa debit card, your PayPal balance or your bank account. For a detailed explanation on how PayPal works see here.

How does the check-out system work?
After adding your items to your cart select Checkout in the top right corner.

  • Enter your shipping and billing details
  • Create an account (optional)
  • Review your order and select your shipping method at the bottom of the page
  • You will then be redirected to PayPal to complete the purchase
  • After payment a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided

BikePartDeals does not have the size or colour in the item I want, will you get it at some point?
It may not be listed, but since we work with a large network of shops and distributors we are often able to find a similar product (or the same product) with the specifications you require. If you are looking for a specific product that is not listed, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will be happy to send options to your inbox.

What about warranty claims?
BikePartDeals does not handle warranty claims however our products do come with a manufacturer warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer of your product directly. Should the manufacturer require a copy of your invoice and you have misplaced it, we can provide you with a duplicate.
